Pluff
Mud Properties is a full service management company with
properties located in the greater Charleston area. We manage homes
and apartments in downtown Charleston, West Ashley, James Island,
Folly Beach, Goose Creek and Summerville. These rental properties
include both single and multi-family units.

hospitals, and colleges.

Tenant Qualification
We will screen potential tenants using Charleston County
Tenant reports, and make background checks on references
and credit. Strict tenant screening for credit, background
and references.

Work Order Management
We will oversee the repairs and maintenance of your property
in a timely manner using professional sub-contractors we
regularly engage. Work order management at discounted rates.

Financial Management
We will prepare monthly income/expense statements; and for
your convenience in preparing tax returns, send you a quarterly
or yearly profit and loss statement. Monthly
computerized income and expense reports as well as quarterly
or yearly profit & loss settlements. Automated
monthly electronic funds transfer ability.
